Emergency Alerts and Outbound 9-1-1
To make sure you receive emergency alerts, sign up for our Smart911 service. This service allows you to create a safety profile with important information about you and your household that my be useful during an emergency. It also allows emergency responders to send emergency alerts via push notification, phone call, text messaging, email, and social media to notify the public about incidents that affect public safety and what actions may need to be taken. You can select the types of notifications you want and how you want to be notified.
